WILL YOU BE SELLING ANY ITEMS? *
If you are wanting to sell any items you must first have approval from City Council and a valid Peddlers Permit. This process can take some time to complete and must started a minimum of 30 day prior to the event.
WILL THERE BE AMPLIFIED SOUND AT YOUR EVENT? *
Amplified Sound meaning bullhorns, bands, large speaker systems, or the like. It does not include small sound systems such as personal bluetooth speakers to listen to music that would not be disturbing to others in the park.
The City of Omak does enforce a noise ordinance. City Ordinances can be found on our home page under the "Omak Municipal Code" tab.
WILL YOU BE INVITING THE PUBLIC? *
Inviting the public means to have an open invitation for anyone to attend. This does NOT include private events such as a family reunion, friends gathering for a BBQ, Employee picnic (when families aren't invited), birthday parties, ect.
BOUNCY HOUSE USE IN CITY PARKS *
By checking "I ACKNOWLEDGE" you are acknowledging that you understand that bouncy houses of any kind are NOT allowed within Omak City Parks and you will not have one at your event.
BASED UPON YOUR RESPONSE TO SELLING ITEMS
Based upon your response to "Selling Items" additional information or items may be needed before processing of your request can be approved.
-You will need to have a current and valid Peddler's Permit.
-You will also need to have City Council permission and we will contact you with questions and give you information on that process.

BASED UPON YOUR RESPONSE TO INVITING THE PUBLIC
Based upon your response to "Inviting the Public" additional information or items may be needed before processing of your request can be approved.
-You will need to provide the City with proof of insurance coverage naming the City of Omak in the amount of $1 million prior to your event being approved.
*If you already have a copy of your insurance certificate you may email it to Adminassist@omakcity.com for processing. Please be sure to include the name, event, and date the insurance is covering so it can be matched to your reservation.

-You will need to have approval from the City Department Heads prior to acceptance. Your form will be forwarded to all Department Heads and once each has approved you will be notified.
