NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Omak Planning Commission will hold a public workshop at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at Omak City Hall located at 2 N. Ash. The purpose of the workshop is to take public comment, develop and discuss issues and concerns from Council, Staff and the public with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Land Use Regulations (Zoning, Subdivision, SEPA, Critical Areas and Shorelines).
The intent of the workshop is to yield a list of potential amendments to the plan or regulations to include on the 2024 “docket” for amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and implementing regulations. Citizens are invited to join the discussion about potential issues for the Planning Commission to address in 2024. All persons requiring assistance in accessing City Hall are requested to contact City Hall at 826-1170 prior to the workshop. A translator will be available.
