NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Omak Hearing Examiner will hold an open record public hearing on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 2:00 PM in the Omak City Hall Council Chambers. The purpose of the hearing is to take testimony and establish the record on the application for a Zoning Conditional Use Permit at 101 East Bartlett Avenue, Parcel # 1660020100, submitted by Paula Chambers. The Conditional Use Permit is for the creation of two nightly room rentals in an existing residential building previously known as the Omak Hotel. Titles 18 and 19 of the Omak Municipal Code will be followed.
