NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY that the Omak City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at the Omak City Hall at 2 N. Ash Street. The purpose of the hearing is to take testimony regarding amendments to Chapter 18.08 OMC to add new definitions, Chapter 18.11.050 OMC District Use Chart to add new uses and Chapter 18.16.030 Omak to add a new Section (b)(3) with conditions for picobreweries as a home occupation. The hearing will include a staff report on the proposed amendments.  All persons requiring assistance in accessing City Hall or need other assistance are requested to contact City Hall at 826-1170 prior to the hearing.
