The Omak Stampede is always the second weekend in August. Join us in Omak Washington for a weekend of western entertainment. While your here, visit downtown Omak, shop local, dine at one of our many restaurants and maybe float the Okanogan River. For more information and to purchase tickets, contact the Omak Stampede.
The Omak Stampede Museum was constructed in 2018. The museum is full of history and worth a visit!
This sign sits at the entrance of the Suicide Hill. It tells the history of the Stampede Suicide Race which was conceived in 1935. The Suicide Race was featured on Nationwide TV and in a Walt Disney Film, "Run, Appaloosa, Run".
