Hotel/Motel Reimbursement Application
Due no Later than December 31st of the Current Year

If you were awarded Hotel/Motel Funds, the City of Omak requires you complete the Reimbursement Application in order to reimburse you for expenses paid out to the vendor(s).  All reimbursements must comply with the Revised Code of Washington 67.28.1816, Lodging tax-Tourism promotion.
